- Each capture creates one task. Clear tasks can route automatically; uncertain tasks ask for a project inside Quick Capture.
- Automatic project routing and English date parsing work without Apple Intelligence. Optional on-device assistance can improve project suggestions; saving does not wait for a model.
- Reminders use local macOS notifications. Chorsu does not read or write Apple Reminders or Calendar.
- An active blocked task becomes actionable after its final prerequisite is completed, provided no other actionability blockers remain. Notification delivery is best effort.
- Tasks and projects are stored on this Mac. There is no Chorsu account or device sync.
- The free tier includes 3 active projects and unlimited tasks.
- Chorsu Pro is US $19.99 as a one-time purchase for unlimited active projects; regional prices may vary.
- Purchase verification and two limited upgrade signals use RevenueCat. Scrubbed Sentry crash diagnostics are on by default and can be disabled. These reports exclude task text and project names.
- User-enabled integrations can share task data with chosen clients. Consult the privacy policy for exact data flows.
